Do I need an OpenAI or Claude subscription?
No. It can run entirely on answers you approve, with no API and no monthly bill. If you want AI replies, it connects to Claude or ChatGPT with a monthly cap you set.
Will it make things up?
In answers-only mode it can only say what you have written. In AI mode it is told to use your knowledge base and to pass anything it doesn't know to you.
Where do the leads go?
To your email with the full conversation, into a leads inbox in WordPress that you can export as CSV, and optionally to Zapier, Make or your CRM.
Will it slow my site down?
No. The script is small and loads after the page. Voice features only load when a visitor opens them.
Does it work on any WordPress site?
Yes, on any theme including Elementor, and it works with page caching plugins such as LiteSpeed and WP Rocket.
