Do you only work with wedding planners?
No. Wedding planners, corporate event planners, party planners and venues all follow a similar enquiry path, so the same approach works.
Can the concierge check if a date is available?
It collects the date and tells the visitor you'll confirm, which keeps you in control. A person should always confirm availability before a client treats it as booked.
Will it quote prices?
Only what you approve. It can explain how packages and quotes work, or show "from" prices if you publish them. It never invents a number.
Can you work with my existing site?
Yes. I can add the concierge and fix the enquiry path on your current WordPress site, or rebuild it if the site can't be edited cleanly.
Can enquiries go to HoneyBook or my CRM?
Yes. Enquiries can be sent through Zapier or Make to most CRMs and planning tools, as well as to your email.
