SiRa Dentistry is a family dental practice in Spotswood, New Jersey. I designed the website and built it in WordPress and Elementor Pro, including a custom oral health quiz widget that gives visitors a quick, personal reason to book. Most dental sites list services and hope someone calls. This one explains why a check-up matters, then makes booking the obvious next step.
The brief
The practice wanted a site that felt modern and trustworthy, covered every service it offers, and moved new patients towards booking an appointment online. Patients compare dentists on their phone, often after being put off by a bad experience elsewhere, so the site had to answer their worries quickly: is it safe, will it hurt, what will it cost, and can I get in soon.
What I built
- The design: a calm, clinical look with clear sections for the practice’s guarantees, the first-visit journey, safety and comfort, and patient reviews.
- A page for every treatment: preventive, cosmetic, implants, emergency, restorative, sedation, periodontal therapy, sleep apnea, TMJ and therapeutic Botox, plus new patient, insurance and financing, membership and referral pages.
- The oral health quiz: a custom Elementor widget with four short questions, one at a time, each with a “did you know” fact that links oral health to heart health, sleep and stress. It ends with a personalised score and a free guide.
- One clear action: “Book Now” sits in the header and throughout the page, and goes straight to the practice’s online scheduling, with tap-to-call on every phone number.
Why a quiz on a dental site
Many people put off the dentist until something hurts. A 60-second quiz is an easy first step: it asks about habits they already know, shows why those habits matter beyond their teeth, and leaves them with a result that makes booking a check-up feel sensible rather than salesy. Because it is a real Elementor widget, not an embedded third-party tool, it matches the site’s design and loads with the page.
