No. It collects the date and tells the couple you will confirm. That keeps double bookings off the table.
Does it need a monthly API fee?
Not by default. It can run on answers you approve with no API at all. If you want it to handle open questions, it can use Claude or ChatGPT with your own key.
What happens when it doesn't know?
It says so, collects the couple's details and passes the question to you. It is set up not to guess.
Can enquiries go into HoneyBook?
