Wedding venue websites that fill your viewing diary.
I design and build WordPress websites for wedding venues that show couples what they need to decide, then get them to book a viewing or send a proper enquiry. Built around spaces, capacity, packages and dates, not a generic template.

Sound familiar?
- "Is my date free?" and nothing else
- Enquiries with no guest count
- The same price question every day
- Lovely gallery, few viewings
- Slow on phones, where couples browse
- Listing sites rank above you
Couples fall for a venue at the viewing. The website's job is to get them there, with the date, guest count and budget you need to reply well.
Would a couple book a viewing?
Tick what is true for your venue website today. You get a score and the first three things I would change.
Couples are leaving before they ever book a viewing.
What I would fix first
What you get.
A venue site that answers the questions couples ask before they visit, and makes the next step obvious.
- 01
Spaces couples can picture
Each space with capacity, layouts, seasons and what is included, written for couples, not for a brochure.
- 02
A viewing and enquiry path
One clear next step on every page, and a form that collects date, guests and budget without feeling like paperwork.
- 03
Galleries that load fast
Real weddings sized and compressed so they look sharp and still load quickly on a phone.
- 04
Local and AI search
Google Business Profile, venue and wedding-type pages, and the markup that helps Google and AI tools describe you correctly.
- 05
Enquiries where you work
Every enquiry by email, saved in WordPress, and sent to HoneyBook or your CRM through Zapier if you use one.
Built for real clients.
The concierge on 2bluxe.com answers package questions by chat and voice and emails every enquiry with the full conversation. Venues get the same setup.

Common questions.
Something else on your mind? Ask it on a 15-minute call.
Should my venue show prices on the website?
Showing a starting price or how pricing works usually brings better fitting enquiries, because couples can check their budget first. If you prefer not to, explain how packages work and what affects the price.
Can couples book a viewing online?
Yes. Viewings can be booked through a calendar tool you already use, or requested through the form so you confirm each one.
Can the site show which dates are free?
It can collect the date and tell the couple you will confirm. Live availability is possible if your booking system supports it, but a person should always confirm.
Can you work with my current site?
Yes. I can fix the enquiry path and speed on your current WordPress site, or rebuild it if it can't be edited cleanly.
Do enquiries go to HoneyBook or my CRM?
Yes. Enquiries can be sent through Zapier or Make to HoneyBook and most CRMs, as well as to your email.
How is it priced?
A fixed price, quoted after a short call and a look at your current site. You get the number before anything starts.
